Dustin Pierce is the founder and owner of Three Wooden Crosses Construction and the person accountable for how each project is planned, managed, and delivered.
He brings hands-on experience across residential remodeling, additions, structural repairs, and custom projects. His background includes years of working directly on job sites, coordinating trades, reviewing plans, and managing the day-to-day realities of construction. That experience informs how projects are scoped, scheduled, and executed.
Dustin stays closely involved in early planning, scope review, and key decisions throughout construction. Clients work directly with him to set expectations clearly and ensure the work is handled with care, discipline, and follow-through.
Leadership Shaped by Experience
Dustin’s leadership was shaped through real responsibility, both on and off the job site.
Earlier in life, he faced significant setbacks, including time in prison. That experience brought structure, accountability, and discipline that continue to guide how he leads today. Those lessons show up in preparation, ownership, and consistency on every project.
